【Responsibilities】
- Design and develop high-quality backend services using Python
- Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs
- Participate in system architecture design and technical solution development
- Write unit tests to ensure code quality
- Optimize existing system performance and improve system reliability
- Participate in technical documentation writing and maintenance
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in Python programming language with 3+ years of relevant development experience
- In-depth understanding of Python asynchronous programming
- Proficient in FastAPI framework with hands-on project experience
- Expert in one or more of the following Python Web frameworks:
- Django
- Flask
- SQLAlchemy
- Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Familiar with cache systems (Redis) usage and optimization
- Understanding of database performance optimization and index design
- Knowledge of Docker containerization
- Proficient in Linux operating system

- Experience with microservice architecture
- Familiar with CI/CD processes
- Experience in large-scale distributed systems development
- Strong system design capabilities
- Contributions to open-source projects
