【Responsibilities】
- Provide middle-office support for issue governance, business compliance of the company’s AI agent platform/big data platform/content creation platform/large model service platform
- Assist Legal Manager in organizing and improving workflow rules related to digital assets and intellectual property protection, promote implementation of digital assets and IP protection plans and measures
- Assist Legal Manager in handling IP protection-related infringement complaints and risk analysis
- Assist Legal Manager in collecting and following domestic and international IP legal policy regulatory trends, conduct specialized field research
- Provide drafting, review, and standardization of various contract documents for business lines, provide IP legal support and various litigation support
- Work with HR and Administrative departments to conduct safety and legal knowledge training, drills, and assessment activities for employees
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law/Criminal Investigation/Public Security related majors, priority given to those who have passed the Legal Professional Qualification Exam
- Strong language expression and organizational skills, familiar with professional tools for contract drafting and review, familiar with IP law, civil procedure law and other regulations; priority given to those with 2 years experience in agreement and legal document preparation in finance/AI/internet content areas
- Strong policy sensitivity, execution ability, agile thinking, excellent communication and defense skills, able to complete tasks effectively and handle emergencies promptly; priority given to those with experience in public security management/investigation/interrogation/prosecution/insurance claims
- First-class physical fitness, sense of responsibility, professional dedication, team spirit, strong ability to handle work pressure, adaptable to long-term business trips, no harmful addictive habits, steady and reliable, proactive in learning new knowledge and self-motivated to identify and solve problems
- Priority given to those fluent in English
