【Responsibilities】
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies management, facility maintenance, and logistics.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all office locations (US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong).
- Coordinate with other departments for office space planning, equipment needs, and administrative support.
- Support event planning, including company meetings, training sessions, and external conferences.
- Manage the company’s corporate governance documents and assist with filing regulatory documentation.
- Implement and improve administrative policies, procedures, and office management systems.
- Supervise administrative staff and manage their performance.
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of administrative management experience, preferably in a multinational or trading firm.
- Experience in office management in an international setting, with familiarity in the US, UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office and administrative management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
