【Responsibilities】
Participate in backend data management, data aggregation, and visual presentation design, delivering lively and professional UI interaction effects
Responsible for building/improving/iterating front-end projects, ensuring efficient support for business operations and iterations; with the goal of continuously improving quality, efficiency, and experience, encapsulating components, document processes, developing tools, and building systems
Proactively share daily technical insights with colleagues, grow together, and foster a positive and healthy technical atmosphere
【Requirements】
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of front-end development experience
Proficient in common front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.), with mature modular development thinking
Mastery of a data-driven view framework, including but not limited to React, Vue, Angular
Proficient in CSS, with personal understanding of gradients, ability to organize CSS in complex interactive scenarios, ensuring multi-platform consistency, and practical experience with new features including but not limited to CSS Houdini, container queries, @layer cascade layers, etc.
Familiar with front-end performance optimization, with extensive thoughts on web performance optimization
Low tolerance for repetitive or non-standard work, able to proactively resolve issues through communication or technical means
Familiar with HTTP protocol and related network debugging tools, with background knowledge in server-side development
Strong problem analysis, localization, and solving abilities
【Bonus Points】
Understanding of real-time communication technologies such as WebSocket, SSE
Experience with financial technology platforms or data visualization related projects
Practical development experience with Node.js
Practical experience with page effects, animations, transitions, and visual optimizations
